THE VISION
For 31 days, we are setting ourselves apart to seek God for a generational shift in our families, finances and future—breaking destructive cycles, growing in wisdom and discipline, stewarding faithfully, building responsibly and preparing a godly legacy for generations to come.
We are not fasting for God to simply put money into our hands. We are asking Him to transform the hands that will hold it.

FASTING GUIDELINES
PRIMARY FAST
6:00 AM–6:00 PM
Water only during the fasting window.
FIRST-TIME / MODIFIED OPTION
6:00 AM–3:00 PM
If this is your first time fasting, begin here and grow in the discipline as you are able.
BREAKING THE FAST
Break gently. Eat healthy.
Begin with water, eat slowly, and choose a modest nourishing meal. Avoid immediately overeating or loading up on fried foods and heavy sweets.
THE GOAL
Consecration, not competition.
Use hunger as a prompt to pray, worship, read Scripture, listen and obey.
Health & safety: This spiritual fasting guide is not medical advice. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, kidney disease, an eating-disorder risk, take medications affected by food intake, are recovering from illness or surgery, or have another medical condition, consult your healthcare professional before fasting. Do not alter prescribed medication without medical guidance. If food fasting is not appropriate for you, participate through prayer, Scripture, worship and another suitable form of consecration.
